Working together to keep our community healthy. WIC is a supplemental nutrition program that provides education and assistance with food costs to income eligible pregnant women, new moms (up to six months after delivery), breastfeeding moms (up to one year after delivery), infants and children under the age of five. WIC is for all types of Montana families including married and single parents, working or not working. If you are a father, mother, grand parent, foster parent or legal guardian of a child under age five, you can apply for WIC. Pondera County WIC wants to be effective in contributing to healthy pregnancies, healthy babies, and helping young children be ready to learn. Please call for any questions. WIC offers families:
