The Custodian is responsible for maintaining the building, equipment and adjacent grounds in order to provide a clean, safe and healthy environment for both County employees and the public. Other responsibilities include emergency maintenance needs and landscaping.

The custodian is certified for asbestos removal, boiler, air conditioning, lighting and HVAC systems as well as energy savings.
