educational material provided by the Teton County Sanitarian concerning
the operation of a Temporary Food Service; specifically that the
authorized representative understands the proper method of food
handling, storage and service, and understands that he/she is
responsible for the sanitation standards at this food function. |

(Beer, pop, etc.) Must be stored and
dispensed so as to be protected from
contamination.
Single service containers should be used. |
Bake
Sales: All items must be pre-wrapped. No cutting
of products at the bake sale site.
No
cream-filled pastries and pies or pumpkin pies are allowed. |
